received a SCAM letter requesting debt collection from NTTA. I checked my NTTA account and there was no debt. Looked up the location listed and found these reviews that confirm my suspicion. Beware of this company as they send things that look legit but are not. DO NOT PAY THEM ANYTHING.
This just popped up on my credit report I’ve never even had this place what is going on here they are saying I Owe them money I’m trying to get a home and now I got them that took 60 points from me it’s blocking my future what is going on someone please help how do I fix this I don’t want to pay somebody I don’t even no
Scammers, everyone should file a complaint against them via consumer financial protection bureau. Ask them to provide debt validation form, proof purchase and purchase agreement, and your account number with the debit with t-mobile, etc. Dont fall for their tricks
Just scammers saying I have a T-Mobile account balance of $491. What!!! When? I never even had T-Mobile. Wth!! They had my credit go down 110 points in pissed!!!
This team was actually awesome. Never fun dealing with dings to my credit but they helped me work though my little situation and got everything resolved immediately.
