They are very unprofessional and they have you use your own equipment and their systems crashed 3 of my brand new computers. They set high expectations but they provide low expectations to their employees.
Got MULTIPLE CALLS and they wanted me to verify my street number from my old address I literally would not get any information unless I did so. So I finally did and turns out they work for tmobile. I called tmobile and tried to pay but they told me I had to pay with these people. Okay everyone is going through same with me. I got a call from them saying my bill was sent to collections a month later. I sent multiple money order payments. They all got lost in the mail. They add late charges. Do not AND I REPEAT DO NOT SEND PAYMENT IN MAIL .IT WILL GET LOST . Pay T-Mobile online. Dont pay directly to this company. They are indeed a scam. I sent three money orders. 1 was for $114.14. it never made it. It got lost. I.sent $40. It made it but it hasn't processed. I sent another $50.... Its arriving late ..... read more
