This is a scam. They refuse to provide any chain of evidence to prove they are a licensed, legitimate company, let alone evidence of their permission to act on or collect debt. The people on the phone freely admit they cannot provide evidence. It’s honestly pathetic.

Took a settlement option on a comcast bill that was actually inaccurate only because I’m trying to purchase a home, they told Me it would show as settled, instead it keeps reporting the difference to the credit bureau and they refuse to note the account was paid and settled. I called today to see what happened I have been on hold for over an hour. I am about to dispute the charges with my bank this is insane
They've constantly called me for the past week about a T-Mobile bill that has been sent to collections. I don't even use T-Mobile as my cell provider. They need to do me a favor and lose my number, or maybe don't. If they want to waste their time calling me when I'm not going to answer, then fine.
