They sent me a bill that isn’t my license plate number.
Their number calls me DAILY and hangs up EVERY time I answer the phone just to try and find out what the call is about. I have impeccable credit and no debt.
This is a scam. They refuse to provide any chain of evidence to prove they are a licensed, legitimate company, let alone evidence of their permission to act on or collect debt. The people on the phone freely admit they cannot provide evidence. It’s honestly pathetic.
Trying to tell me I owe collections on an auto insurance policy that I canceled once I left California
The agent who helped was very nice and even checked if the account could be removed from my credit report and offered to send proof immediately. I've never had such great customer service from a credit company
