Teresa is very rude. Her attitude is less than satisfactory. While I understand not all people are familiar with collection practices, or credit reporting. It is still not smart or acceptable to speak to people as if they’re ignorant. Agents should also be trained to clearly answer whether the company they are collecting for is third party or affiliated with the original alleged creditor.

They pay for $350 i donit know this payment
They are very unprofessional and they have you use your own equipment and their systems crashed 3 of my brand new computers. They set high expectations but they provide low expectations to their employees.
