I am extremely disappointed with how my appointment was handled. My appointment was scheduled for 7:50 AM, and I live an hour away, so I left early and even took time off work to make sure I could be there. Unfortunately, due to the rain and an accident that caused unexpected traffic, I was delayed. I called ahead to let the office know that I was going to be a little late, but they refused to see me and made me reschedule. Labesky is my main doctor but I’ve also seen Krumholes & Buschman. All of them were absolutely amazing! Very knowledgeable & patient with all of my questions. They made me feel comfortable & really listened to me. The front desk was so kind & very helpful for everything I needed. So grateful for all Of them!
I genuinely look forward to my visits at SWCWC, and seeing my OB never feels like a chore! The staff is always quick with check-in and so thoughtful and considerate whenever I have questions or concerns. Dr. Labesky is truly my favorite doctor to see year after year! I came in today to get my anatomy scan. I usually go to the Gilbert office due to it being closer to my home in Mesa, but I am so glad I got my anatomy scan at this location! The front desk was super kind and sweet to my parents and I. Our ultrasound tech was absolutely amazing as well!! My family and I had a lovely time with her! If I remember correctly I belive her name was Brittany. I would definitely recommend her if you have the option to choose techs!
