Wouldn’t even give them a star because these people are so unprofessional. They don’t answer the phone or check their messages. They also schedule virtual/telephone appointments only to change the time an hour before they expect you to be available. What is the point of asking me when I’m available if you’re going to call when it’s convenient for you? And even after attending virtual meetings they say you’ll get your next appointment date automatically and your benefits will be reloaded as normal but I just had to take time ... read more

This Is Literally One Of The Worse If Not The Worst Places To Call Or Go To Needing Help It’s INSANE That It’s Already Been 3Days No Reach Out No Emails No Call Back EVEN AFTER MESSAGES LEFT My Benefits Still Haven’t Reloaded & It’s A Mistake On THEIR END ! This is Outrageous
no one answers , they cut off benefits and lied and said that i didn’t answer phone. They left me with nothing
