Took two weeks for the appointment, two weeks to be checked in and actually looked at, and another two weeks to be picked up. Could’ve been a couple days earlier but they took multiple days to be pick it up from getting an alignment. Couldn’t get in contact for almost two weeks at one point about a timeline. Had almost 0 communication aside to tell me a potential pick up date.
We had hail damage and Optimum made our car look NEW!

My car was severely damaged due to a hail storm. It took 2 months to complete the repairs (that’s how bad it was.) I just pick it up and it looks just as good as it did when I bought it! Great job. I highly recommend them!
