They took care of any negotiations with the insurance companies and we only were required to pay our deductible. Truck looked as good as new.
Trying to get ahold of this place is an absolute nightmare. I understand they have other cars they are working on and that they are busy. But seriously how hard is to give updates on someone’s vehicle. Monday July 21st I was told that my car was in the paint repair section. Fast forward to Friday July 26th, that my car was still waiting to get painted. I tried calling and texting July 29th and still no response.
