Terry and his team did an excellent job of restoring my vehicle to pre-loss condition. I highly recommend Optimum Collision for any body work you may need to have done.
Took two weeks for the appointment, two weeks to be checked in and actually looked at, and another two weeks to be picked up. Could’ve been a couple days earlier but they took multiple days to be pick it up from getting an alignment. Couldn’t get in contact for almost two weeks at one point about a timeline. Had almost 0 communication aside to tell me a potential pick up date.
We had hail damage and Optimum made our car look NEW!
