No upselling Unlike many carpet cleaners, the guy that showed up did not try to upsell me on services I didn't want. He did the job I asked for without trying to scam more money out of me. Everything was done very well. My furniture wasn't scuffed up when he moved it. And my carpet wasn't sopping wet like I've had happen with other companies.
