It was a fantastic experience. I filled out the form online to be contacted. I was called within 20 minutes. Mike was so nice. Appointment was set up for the next day. He was prompted and professional and very kind. He explained everything that he was doing/needed to be done. No upsell or pressure for anything. I called Mike after much frustration with working with other companies to efficiently look at my dryer vent. Not only was Mike very responsive, by calling me back on his way from vacation but he came out on a Sunday just a couple days after!! Very good communication via phone and text, he was very polite, professional and asked all the questions prior to starting.
