I am very disappointed with the level of service we received from Southwest Airlines at Fort Lauderdale Airport. Our interaction with a staff member named Hilda was particularly upsetting. She was extremely rude, lacked basic customer service skills, and treated our family with unnecessary hostility. We were a party of seven, including four young children, and were entitled to check up to 14 bags for free.
