The receptionist found a way to get my child seen right away on VERY short notice. The next-day appoinment was at 11 or so I thought. Turns out the appoinment time was for 1pm not 11AM. Another one of their super-friendly and helpful receptionists offered to go ask Dr. Kirk if she would be able to see him 2 hours early. Doctor Kirlk agreed and we were in and out of there in twenty minutes.
