Dr M is an amazing man . Take the time to explain the situation.
Seems communication is the common thread in all negative reviews and is not getting addressed. Between having further episodes and trying to report them as requested by my doctor and discussing potential surgeons, portal messages and voicemails disappear. I have received ZERO response over several weeks. Am I supposed to just "pop in" to the office?!
These doctors do not communicate with each other. One Dr told me to take my loop recorder out....after calling me multiple times I scheduled that. After waiting for an hour in the waiting room the Dr asked me why I was there . like if they didn't call me multiple times to schedule this appointment, wasted half a day of work and they had no idea what was going on. Very unorganized and unprofessional
