I had a strange electrical flicker in my headlights, and they spent time tracing the wiring instead of randomly changing parts. They found a loose connection that was causing intermittent issues. After fixing it, everything works consistently without flickering anymore.
I am an ASE-certified master technician, an engineer, and a retired shop owner. These guys are the real deal. I am in Texas temporarily while on a work assignment so I don't have tools or space to fix my car myself. Wes and Shane took care of me. They did everything properly, and were great to work with. Other shops have cut corners and shown ignorance, not these guys. They actually use torque wrenches. I seriously recommend taking your vehicle here!
I was referred to Southwest Car Care and so far, I'm very impressed. Work was done on time, great explanations, no nonsense, tips and heads-up advice were given, and now my high mileage car drives like it's new. They noticed that the oil was significantly low so they topped it off with some really good stuff while they were working on a completely unrelated problem... to my surprise there was no charge for this on my invoice. Private / family owned businesses are the way to go!
Check Engine Light on '08 Honda Accord Ususal excellet service from both James and Matt Meinen Southwest Car Car Center. A check engine light came on, engine missing, 3 fouled spark plugs were replaced and well as new 5W-30 Valvoline engine oil & filter changed out. Great Service at a reasonable price in a timely fashion
