We have used Southwest Car Care for twenty years and have always been extremely satisfied with the service. They are always willing to help in any way they can, even when you just have a question.
Absolutely the nicest shop I’ve ever dealt with. They were fully booked for the day, but still took the time to help me out and get my truck looked at. Not only did they identify the issue quickly, but they also had it fixed and back to me faster than I ever expected. Super honest, respectful, and efficient.
Great service with honest people at market price. Peace of mind for my vehicles needs for over 15 years. James and Matt have always been upfront with costs and options. They are not incentivized to sell more parts or keep adding extra services for profit, they do what is needed and clearly explain what is being done.
