Absolutely the nicest shop I’ve ever dealt with. They were fully booked for the day, but still took the time to help me out and get my truck looked at. Not only did they identify the issue quickly, but they also had it fixed and back to me faster than I ever expected. Super honest, respectful, and efficient.
Great service with honest people at market price. Peace of mind for my vehicles needs for over 15 years. James and Matt have always been upfront with costs and options. They are not incentivized to sell more parts or keep adding extra services for profit, they do what is needed and clearly explain what is being done.

I will be going back. Found my new shop. They were great, took their time, made sure no evidence of an accident in the past. Checked all critical systems along with any possible issues known and 'unknown' (we know what that means - Ford). Explained items that should be done at the specific intervals and answered questions I had without 'talking down' to me.
James and Matthew always conduct work the right way the first time. I deeply appreciate the SouthWest Car Care way of working I’ve been taking my cars their for years and all are operating great.
