Very dishonest! Beware of these people, they will take your money and run and then refuse to answer any phone calls. During the job Sam would answer all phone calls and once I finished and wanted payment, he stopped answering my calls. Update a year later, Sam emailed me to rectify a problem with a shower after ignoring our previous communications to get payment, have a look at our correspondence.
