Fitted the wrong clutch and flywheel to 2012 Cooper S. Blew up my 2011 Cooper S trying to fix it and still charged me $7000.
Ron and his team are incredible. It was my first visit - after trying about 3 or 4 other service centres - and these guys are the best. They're honest and work with integrity - and go above and beyond for the customer. While I was in the waiting room, Ron received a call at 430pm on a Friday from someone who had broken down on the other side of town. I can highly recommend Ron & the team at Southwest BM. I recently took my partner's Mini Hatch to them for a regular annual service and was impressed with what they were able to provide in advice for future maintenance items that will be forth coming and explained in great detail which items were most urgent as far as priority for future services, all written in detail and accompanying photos too !
