Southwest BMW, Salisbury have cared for my BMW118d for a few years now and I cannot understate their exceptional expertise, customer service and pricing. When others have failed to perform Southwest BMW have been there to save the day. I highly recommend these guys. You can thank me later.

Went there with no issues with my BMW just needed a coolant top up. Without my consent the guy conducted a full analysis on my car and charged me an extra 150$ which I payed without complain. On the drive back my car was making weird sounds and when I called him about it he claimed he didn’t know what was happening. Stay away.
The cat went there for coolant change; came back with a screeching sound that was never there before, they are claiming it was a broken hand brake bracket although I never had an issue before, never going back !
If you are looking for the best care and expertise for BMW vehicles, Southwest BM is absolutely the place to be. A massive thank you to Ron and the entire team for their outstanding service. They really know their stuff and make the whole process incredibly smooth and professional from start to finish. It is great to find a team you can trust with your car. Highly recommended. Thanks, mate!
