Absolute legends ! Ron Is fantastic and so is Ray and the team. Dropped the car off to get a down pipe fitted and timing chain checked out ( previous mechanic said everything was ok..) Ron and the team checked the car over free of charge for my peace of mind and found some items that needed urgent work, he slotted me right in and sorted it all out at a fantastic price with warranty on the work for piece of mind. Fitted the wrong clutch and flywheel to 2012 Cooper S, also never fitted the B18 valley cover and tried to tell me my uncle stole it... . Blew up my 2011 Cooper S trying to fix it and still charged me $7000. Urban Auto Care Cooparoo is the best Mini mechanic in Brisbane.... not this fool.

Ron and his team are incredible. It was my first visit - after trying about 3 or 4 other service centres - and these guys are the best. They're honest and work with integrity - and go above and beyond for the customer. While I was in the waiting room, Ron received a call at 430pm on a Friday from someone who had broken down on the other side of town. He explained the RACQ process to them, and said to have the tow truck bring the car to his workshop - and he would wait around until they arrived - and then he'd make sure it's ... read more
I can highly recommend Ron & the team at Southwest BM. I recently took my partner's Mini Hatch to them for a regular annual service and was impressed with what they were able to provide in advice for future maintenance items that will be forth coming and explained in great detail which items were most urgent as far as priority for future services, all written in detail and accompanying photos too !
