Just simply a great guy to deal with his name is Ron simple easy affordable got my car serviced and other things that needed to get to the car was advised for the next Service just a great People to deal with no extra hustle. He is on point and On timing.
I serviced my X3 at Southwest BM a few months ago and found that Ron explained everything that needed doing very clearly and was prompt in ordering the parts to get the job done. Great customer service, very friendly and genuine. Pricing was reasonable. This week I called with a different issue and Ron was able to take the car in straight away.
