The sales representative, Ann, is very knowledgeable and professional. She knows the product and answers all questions. This is a no pressure to buy company which is rare these days. Being retired military, we appreciate the 5% discount. It did take a week longer than the estimated delivery date for the blinds to arrive. Once they were here, we received a call and the blinds were installed a few days later. Install team showed up on time and were professional.
The salesperson, and installer, Aaron, was very knowledgeable and professional. He even joked about our "purple" blinds. The humor was a nice touch.
Overall painless experience, easy design process...Had a wait a bit for the products to arrive but once in hand the installers had them done quickly and arrived on time...Thanks!

We had shutters installed. They came in a couple of days before expected which was great, since it was Christmas time. The installers were running early which was good for us. They were professional, did their job and left no mess behind. We are very pleased with the shutters and would recommend doing business with Southwest Blinds and Shutters to anyone interested.
