I recommend SWB for their friendly (and patient) staff. They are very knowledgeable and professional. I was very impressed with Nick so I can back the next day to ask some more questions. Nick was off so Russ helped me out. Russ was also cool and patient. He explained a lot to me as I’m somewhat new to these higher end mtb’s. We ended up purchasing a Precaliber 24 for my son.
