They dont seem to like not to answer the phone's call on a Friday the 6th, at about 4:45 pm, and no one answered the phone to make a medication appointment. Then I called again today Monday the 9th at 8:45 am the phone rang for almost 5 minutes before they decided to finally Answer the phone
If you just have patience they jump through hoops and make everything they say done done they're all amazing everywhere there's nice and get things done you guys are amazing Southwest keep on doing what you do 👍

Great place my respects I had great therapist Marisela Smith and Sharona Feld they changed my life I put in the work and after 2 years I accomplished all my therapeutic goals and a year later I’m doing great I am happy and when I deal with triggers or trauma I can handle it I also thank the 360 group I join recommendation of Sharona it was great did wonders for me especially using radical acceptance
I've been rescheduled 3 times in two weeks to the point I'd rather give up taking my meds than deal with the stress of this office. I've been coming here for over 2 years and the past year has been nothing but problems
