Big Spacious Gym in Lawton, OK. While we were there in the 3 month span the owners seems to be very attentive and bring in more gears/weights and always try to make the gym a better workout experience. They have the standard cable machine for pretty much every muscle group. Along with free weights for every movement you want to do.
