We had an electrical issue. They found it quickly, very reasonable prices.
When my car broke down, Galen got me in that afternoon to take a look at it. The car started for him, after failing a number of times, but he did a thorough check and ran diagnostics. Ultimately, he did no repairs but advised I get it to the dealer for a more thorough diagnostic and see about recall on a part. I am grateful for his help, and also impressed with his patience and kindness.
They got my car in the day after I called and fixed the issue. The price for the repair was hundreds of dollars less than what I was quoted elsewhere. Galen was very friendly and explained everything thoroughly. This is the best experience I've ever had at a repair shop. Highly recommend!
