I bought a family car from “James” last week; he seemed like a great, honest salesman at first, pointing out minor flaws. Being 5’2”, I didn't see the roof until I got home, where I found several dime-sized dents. “James” was initially very communicative about fixing them, but the second I showed up for my appointment on 3/31, his entire persona changed. He was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional—a total 180 from the man who sold me the car. Don’t let the 'friendly' act fool you.
I recently purchased a 2015 Mazda CX-5 from James, who initially seemed like a great person and salesman. My boyfriend and I were thrilled to get a new vehicle for our family and were assured it was in great condition for the year. While the car runs well, we discovered hail damage on the roof after getting it home—something that was never disclosed to us during the sale. I would highly recomend this place to anyone who wants to buy a used car. Barton is a gem of a person, so down to earth. Dealing with him was incredible. The car was at a nice good price the service was fantastic. He made sure everything was smooth, easy and enjoyable. If I could give 6 stars i would do that.
Barton was rather unpleasant to deal with. Smelled strongly of weed. “It’s $4400, get over it”. Well, I got over it. Like do you guys even want to sell me the car or what?
