We recently took our Subaru to Southwest Auto Service to get a CV axle and control arm replaced. They scheduled the work and got it done that day. Communication is excellent and rates are reasonable.
I cannot say enough good things about this place. I've been going here for 8 years. I've never once had a problem and my car was an 04 so I went there frequently. They break everything down and are so transparent. They don't try to upsale or push things you don't need. Their prices are fair and not outrageous. I have brought my car here a few times for different things. I feel the service is good, staff are very friendly, and the prices are fair. I really love that they don't try and sell me something I don't need and really explain what might need to be repaired and why. Would definitely recommend this shop!
