I recently just got my vehicle, same day I brought it home it was leaking from the transmission , tried to ask them to repair it told me there was nothing they can do because they sell it as it is. Reviewing a few years later after purchase. There was no spare tire or jack. Luckily, I caught it and they put them in after notifying. Years later, I realize they gave me a spare tire that doesn't fit. Other things, The car had some plastic bolts. The coolant hose had a leak. And there was a hole in the floor board covered up by their temporary floor-mats. Additionally, there's evidence of previous repairs(sloppily done with glue residue visible) on the rear bumper. My husband had purchased a vehicle from this place back in August. Everything is going good, I provided my social security card and drivers license, so I could sign as a cosigner. I did mention that I had two open autos and Andrea continued to push to sell me another vehicle knowing I was there to sign on the behalf of my husband. Be very careful purchasing a car here, if it’s a Mercedes god forbid it have any issues. My 2015 C300 had a ticking noise when driving, they fixed the noise, but then the transmission didn’t shift properly. Took it back and after being promised for over 3 months that it was about to be fixed, come to find out they swapped out the transmission with no knowledge about the programming, and the car no longer operates at all.
