I had the BEST car buying experience at Southwest Auto Center. Sunay Patel was a pleasure to work with, great at communicating and I found my dream Lexus here! I got a fair trade, too. This was SO MUCH BETTER than dealing with a big dealership where you get scammed and sit for endless hours negotiating, been there done that. Never again.
Just had a horrible experience…place opens up at 9 but had a attitude because a lil rain so had to wait a hr jus to see the truck..was told its sold as is no warranty so I paid for a mechanic to come check it out he found out the turbo diesel bad an when he did the attitude changed i started getting yelled at an then they told the mechanic he didn’t kno how to do his job …i suggest check car/truck 1st before u pull off lot
