We bought a F250 a few weeks ago from Southwest Auto Center. The sales person was very nice and helpful. However, after the purchase, literally 2 hours after we bought this truck, it went into limp mode and needed immediate work to fix the exhaust system. After contacting Southwest Auto Center with this news, they suggested driving back a week later to have a flush done on the truck. Shout out to dipak for getting me in and out for my Durango srt, been driving it around for 2 months car is solid. Didn’t play any finance games and straight to the point. Definitely recommend this auto dealer.

The WORSE experience in 25 yrs buying vehicles. The sales person was rude after I confronted him about the diagnosis scan I took to get car done. He said they would fix the problems and get back to me. He also didnt like the fact I wasn't paying all 16K cash. He said he would check with finance, a week later he tells me I wasn't approved which was a lie because my credit wasn't verified and I have a 723 score. I have tried to work with them to purchase a vehicle. They are very non-negotiable on price. When I finally decided to purchase, I asked to do a pre-purchase inspection. They will only allow on site inspections, which means a mechanic can't lift it up in the air and actually inspect the underside of the vehicle. This seems like a great way to hide issues with a used vehicle. No way on earth I would buy a 11 year old Mini Cooper without being able to have the vehicle properly inspected.
