Dr Chen is great – Takes time to speak with patients. Accurately fixed many friends and family members allergy problems. Very nice and easy to get along with. Staff is generally nice. Appointments have always been on time and you are not stuck sitting there wondering if they forgot about you like many other offices.
Horribel doctors please go somewhere else – Dr. Chen is a horrible doctor and caused my quality of life to suffer for many years due to his poor diagnoses. I first visited Southwest Asthma in 2003 and was tested and found to be allergic to cats which I have lived with my entire 29 years of life. I told them on that day my brother has two cats and would continue to be around them until moving away from them and was given Zyrtec D and nasal spray to treat the allergies.
