Love it here has helped me so much.
Dr. Lindy Landrau and Dr. Donna Brister are excellent in therapy and taking time out of their busy schedules to help clients. Receptionists Clida and Donna are friendly and exceptional as well.
When you have waited 3 MONTHS and decide to call to find out why you haven’t been contacted you don’t expect to hear “ we’re glad you called bc we lost or misplaced your ( and many others)intake paperwork bc WE had a change in staff , WELL this is the most UNACCEPTABLE and UNPROFESSIONAL Institution I have ever heard of. Imagine, if someone with serious mental health issues was waiting for a phone call for treatment and the phone call never came….. I’m ashamed to know this is going on in my hometown
It’s been good here the only problem is they need another psychiatrist the one they have isn’t taking new adult patients and I am adhd and I have severe ptsd that I can’t get treated with the appropriate medication
This place is extremely unprofessional and the employees seem to just have a title and know nothing about there job. Whoever is in control of the hiring and firing of the people who run this place should be held accountable. Uncoordinated and very unprofessional.
