Management just changed and it has done them wonders. Minor hicks really not much to complain about decent price for a peaceful stay.

Code compliance should come here. Management wasnt helpful. Roaches in the apartment. Office was closed during regular business hours. Maintenance is not responsive. Maybe hot water. The ac/heating unit is very loud and doesnt work. I would look someplace else if I had to rent.
The review done by Westly C. One star… That is actually our old apartment. The boiler room next door was always flooding. The pipes under the concrete consistently had to be repaired. The amount of concrete dust that filled the apartment was suffocating. They didn’t replace the flooring so concrete mites swarmed the apartment and there was always concrete dust.
