I haven’t lived here for too long. I can guarantee this is NOT the happiest place on earth. The front desk lady is about as useful as talking to a rock. Will never get anything fixed in my apartment. The property manager “promises” and doesn’t do anything. I hate this place and wish I never moved here. If you think about living here…..do yourself a favor. Don’t. The new management just don't seem to care about anything other residents are saying the same thing it's sad. Front door lock been broke several times in the past months.pool wasn't open on time.grills all summer worked some times.its not secure here people can just walk in the building.no water bottles in the workout room.nohand towels in the restroom or paper towels.
Bad office service, maintenance does nothing, you call and they never fix the problem, the price is super
Ever since they changed management the property has gone down hill. Maintenance takes forever to come look at the problems, the people at the office don’t seem to care or put a rush into getting anything resolved. The downstairs garage is very cluttered with trash and old appliances they remove and just leave there. The building isn’t even private anymore cause the garage doors get stuck open all day so anyone can come inside and do whatever they want. One of our showers doesn’t work for over 3 years.
