Horrible and rude receptionist....very unprofessional. I took my puppies in to have tails docked and declawed, they did a horrible job...one of my babies has the side of his paw what looks like it was just cut straight across with no caution at all.....I'm VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC TO ANYONE NOT EVEN IF IT'S AN EMERGENCY.....BECAUSE FROM THE LOOKS OF THE STAFF AND THEIR PROCEDURES....THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE ANIMALS.
