Been taking Ginger to Dr. Osborne for three years now to manage her allergy’s. On this last visit, staff went beyond & above with excellent service. Besides cutting vast amounts of pills in half & double medicine quantities to minimize future visits, one of them fell out of my bag, loading up Ginger in car and leaving for home. When I got there, realized it was missing, so called office to see if someone picked it up? Well they did, but was smashed. So they refilled and sent me prescription via next day mail, no charge! Great place to take your animals. They keep good records and know their clients.
