They transported our daughter and both times did not write in the correct diagnosis so the insurance company didn't pay. We finally got them to change the 1st trip diagnosis but our son in law mistakenly paid the second trip with his credit card and now they won't resubmit with the correct coding because they have their money. If they would do it, we should get a refund! Honestly, the HM holdings is a nightmare to work with!
Another ambulance service owned by Rural Metro. Why all the different names? Do they all use the same billing practices? I have 35 years in the fire & rescue service and this outfit scares me. My wife was knocked over by a dog that attacked our dog in December 2016 and she injured her hand and knee. She was transported to the hospital by a ambulance owned by Rural Metro.
