Been a patient for years and now they make you wait over 30 minutes to get your shot even if there’s only one other patient. Before, you swipe your card and they start on your shots and you get called in fairly fast. Now with the new staff they like to take their time and wait till they start working on your shots. The door is open I can see them just standing there. Staff needs to start working faster I already have to stay the 20min after and I have work this is ridiculous.
This review is specifically for the Frisco location. My son had an appointment on 7/11. When we arrived, the system was down. The PA Nguyen was very nice, informative but was very limited due to system issues. She advised once labs were in, she would call to go over results. Well he had labs on the following week 7/17 in which I received results. No one ever called after two weeks so I reached out and they advised the PA was no longer there and I had to make an appointment to discuss labs. I advised I will not as a discussio... read more
I would suggest you to go to another clinic, if you have an option. Came for a shot today, which is my third attempt. For the last two visits, they said the system is down and the clinic was closed without any notice. This morning, the nurse is telling me to come back again since the front desk staff hasn't come to office yet. Come on...
I have been coming here for allergy shots for the past year with no issues, but in the past few months, things have really fallen apart. They are randomly closed on different days/time throughout the week and for months have been blaming a new medical records system for the constant office closures, which makes no sense at all. They do not answer the phone during the hours they're supposed to be open, or return messages. There doesn't seem to be anyone in charge of the practice.
