Overall the practice is wonderful. Nice implementation of technology to make tracking shots and checking in smooth and painless. Front desk makes sure to greet patients and help with any issues. Cassandra Kapity makes my frequent shots go smoothly and pleasantly. I’ve seen her train many people- such a great mentor.
My 9-year old son has been visiting the shot clinic 2-3 times a month for about a year. He has had nothing but positive experiences. In his own words "I've enjoyed the year and 3 months I've been here. The employees are great and I've been feeling great since I started getting shots." The front desk staff are very friendly and happy to assist with questions and scheduling. The shot staff is knowledgeable and make each appointment stress-free and easy.
