Dr. Santilli is a conscientious and thorough doctor. I highly recommend his practice.
Don’t recommend. I have seen some good allergists but every time I go it’s a different person. Also I have been trying to get a refill on an epi pen and no one will call me back after repeated calls.
This place and the office staff is so frustrating to work with. Before your appointment they have you fill out a comprehensive allergy form, after filling mine out I continued to get texts reminding me to fill it out. My appt was scheduled for 2pm, and I got a reminder text the day before for a 2:30 appt. Assuming I wrote it on the calendar wrong I called to confirm, the woman on the phone told me my forms were complete and confirmed my 2:30 time. I get the same voicemail from July. I have left several messages with no call back. I would not recommend this business.
Hi. I won’t be sharing the clinic with anyone. The fact there is no scheduling appts for shots except dupixet is crazy. I brought my daughter twice this week and still no shots. Wed we waited for an hour and were never seen and had to get her back to school. I was finally told they do schedule dupixet and we got caught behind one of them. This morning we got to th office at 7:16 and were told by the front office that the allergist slept in and would not be in until 8/830. I have to get my daughter to school.
