This TRASH credit union loves to lock you out of your own money.... wrong move.... just lost a customer and I will tell all the new employees I work with how terrible your service actually is.. Advice to people, use any credit union besides this one.... you will guarenteed regret using this one.... I don't know who you think you are locking me out of my money.... if I could give -5 stars I would....
I paid my car loan more than two months ago and they still haven't sent me the title. They were very efficient in sending me a letter when my account was only 1 day past due but they have not been efficient in sending me the title of my vehicle
