I have flown Southwest extensively for both business and personal travel since 2013 and was a loyal advocate for the airline for many years. What made Southwest different was its simplicity, flexibility, and customer-first approach. Unfortunately, much of that has disappeared. The value of Rapid Rewards points and the Companion Pass has been significantly diluted. Literally worst airline they delayed our flights for a hour and a half didn’t tell us they changed our gate made us walk all the way across the airport and then still late boarding us on our flight with no new update never flying this airline again if I could write 0 I would

NEVER FAILS!!!! As usual Southwest is running late. My flight to PHX from TPA was delayed and of course my connecting flight to San Jose from PHX is also delayed!!!
