Shot themselves in the foot with their new policies
Unfortunately their seats are way to small and crowded. Prices are way to high for being crowded in like cattle and the flights always seem to be late or canceled. Airlines have become greedy corporations, with no care for people's pockets or comfort. I wouldn't be surprised if they started double stacking seats to shove more people in and charge even more outrageous prices for the so called experience.
