In 2013 I scheduled an appointment for an IPL treatment for Rosacea. One of the twin nurses running the clinic took the hand held laser device and ran it counter clock wise around each eye 10 times. She told me I would experience slight swelling and should ice the area and apply a special topical cream. My eyes were literally swollen shut. My big sister introduced me to the spa and the Delehoya sisters with 10 years of great results as proof of their work ! No matter where I go with my sis they complement her skin, so I was like ya I want my skin cleaned up .
