Nicole Durden needs a new job. Complete lack of empathy and care for my wife in need. To accuse her of no showing an appointment when we followed the directions verbatim of what to do and then sit and lie and tell my wife that is a convenient story. I sure hope you never have to deal with the issues she has had. Complete lack of care and brushed her off even after we’ve been tomato and know exactly what is happening. Ive never had so much trouble with a Dr office, I was given the run around for a year trying to get my medication, I would call once a week for updates and was told a diffrent excuse every time. The only time they even called me was to schedule an appointment to "follow up on how the medication was working" when they never even got me my medication! I felt like they did not take me seriously because im in my 30s instead of elderly like most other of their patients, and once I stopped calling them I never heard from them agai... read more
Dr Ward and his staff are top notch!
My husband and I went yesterday. 1st the 3 stars is for Dr Fricker and his staff in the office they were very kind and helpful. Problem we had with them is referral sent in by my PCP. Received no call for 3 weeks. I finally had to call. Scheduler was a bit snippy we all have our bad days do I ignored it. But when we went in yesterday for appt scheduler was snippy again . Questioning me having my husband wait 1 month so we could have our procedures done same day. Yes he's fine I'm no endangering my husbands health. Rolled her... read more
