I hate the robocalls. Get someone to call me that's real or leave me alone. Robocalls are unprofessional, impersonal, and disrespectful. If you actually cared about your patients you would make the call yourself without making excuses. When I tried to call the office within the normal business hours the automated message said that the office is now closed yet repeated the hours of normal operations of to the which I am calling in.
