Impossible to speak to staff regarding bill - left 3 messages over 3 weeks and never received a call back. Office not run well at all- very frustrating and not helpful.

My husband is the patient. Last Monday, one week ago, my husband called because he was having trouble breathing. We haven't heard from Southwell at all. Also, a few months ago husband needed an inhaler, Southwell said he would call it in. After two weeks, we ordered online from Canada. Husband never gets a return call, and is consistently hung up on. The positive reviews on here must be from family and friends. We told our PCP about all his bad experiences and we're told, they hear the same complaints constantly. My question... read more

I have seen Allyison many times. She has always been very kind and professional and has always treated me with respect. Iam impressed with her medical knowledge. Allyison is very kind and compassionate

Keeping elderly patients waiting 2 hours past their appointment time is beyond pathetic! No excuse for the mismanagement in this office. They should have to pay patients $200 for every 1/2 they have to wait past their appointment time.

If I could give Dr. Southwell and his office zero stars I would. After having a trauma induced pulmonary embolism I was referred to his office. He told me I would need to be on a blood thinner for a minimum of three months, and he was supposed to call in the refill for the third month since the hospital took care of the first two months worth of prescriptions. I called his office after finding the pharmacy didn’t have a script. Left a message for a refill to be called in, it wasn’t, called back, was transferred to the office... read more
