Extremely grateful for the excellent emergency service Alex Provided for me when our tap broke , Alex came out within an hour on an out-of-hours call to stop the leak and make everything safe This was a truly brilliant service when we needed it most. They came out again to replace the tap and did a fantastic job. I’m so impressed with how professional and dependable they were. I really appreciate their support and will definitely be using them again!
It's always on a weekend night when you get emergency plumbing problems! Our bathtub tap busted and the hot water wouldn't stop. Called Alex at Southwark Plumbers and he was here within minutes. Isolated and fixed the leak so expertly. I called a bunch of people before I called him and they were charging an arm and a leg. Southwark Plumbers' Price was affordable and Alex's work was brilliant. Really friendly professional guy. Knows what he's doing. Didn't mess around. I'm saving their details if anything happens again.
Alex has come out to my property now. Both times he's been able to come out in a reasonable time frame and been able to fix the problems quickly. He's polite and professional and provides a thorough explanation of the issue and how to manage going forward. He managed to fix a leak and also repaired our boiler. Alex was absolutely fantastic. Couldn't be more pleased. Had leaky tap showed me where the leak was coming from and recommended me tap to purchase came around and fixed the tap. Definitely recommend emergency plumbers. And would them again. No hesitation.
