I’ve been with this surgery since 1993 and there have been many changes but recently I’ve found the reception staff helpful and friendly recently which has changed and if you need an urgent apt it normally happens. I’ve recently seen Dr verona and Dr Nat who took the time to listen and I didn’t feel rushed very much like lovely Dr Rumball who retired. Saying that there is a couple of Dr’s I try and avoid as dismissive , condescending and a tad on the rude side, but this will always happen I’m sure.

I've been registered with practice for more than 30 years and have seen alot of changes but the service has always been consistently good. If I've needed an urgent appointment then I've always got one the same day. Yesterday I requested a non urgent appointment via their website and received a phone call at 8.20am today offering an in person appointment for 10.30. I was seen at 10.25 and had a referral letter emailed to me at 11.15. You couldn't ask for more. Thank you Dr Maryam Ali and Dr Nat.
