The residence is spacious and I love my covered front and back patio also the sunroom at the back is awesome
A beautiful, well-maintened and comfortable place to live. The two-bedrooms with covered front verandah and covered back patio along with a lovely sunroom make the place perfect for retirement. We have been here for four years and love it very, very much. No problems whatsoever and beautiful accommodations and maintenance with extremely friendly family landlords.
Terrible!!!! Promises made that rent would not be raised while you live here. Lie! Rent has been raised over the years. Promises made that "we take care of the outside maintenance". Lie! Driveways aren't shoveled in the winter. Gardens aren't maintained. Money that should be put into the complex isn't, yet the owners keep buying up more property in the area. On the plus side neighbours are great.
