Came for a 4pm appointment, and found out that the Dr's running a hour late. I think that a call to patients would have been a good idea.
Getting an appointment is a nightmare I don't know how they're scheduling them but something is dodgy. Called at 8:01 a min after they opened and was told I was 13th in the qué was told to hang up and they'll call me back when my turn roll around 20 mins later they do and I'm told that all appointments have been taken. Does this mean that there are only 12 appointments available in a day?
The Receptionists,Nurses, Dr's and non- medical staff are always polite and very Helpful.I have nothing but praise for them all.
Just arrived to the rudest reception staff, obviously really spoilt at my own surgery as they smile, greet you and don't look like they are chewing wasps!
