Nice place to live. In walking distance to everything. Building is quiet, pet friendly and there is heated underground parking.
A messy mix of incompetent management and poor maintenance. The building is in terrible repair, the elevator is constantly breaking down and trapping people inside. The fire alarm system for the whole property malfunctioned and was disabled. This summer they changed the key fobs to get into the place and didn't tell everyone, effectivly locking groups of people out of their homes . Management is very unresponsive and when they do get back to you they shrug off responsibility. Do not buy property here.
