I feel like people should take accountability and integrity to fix the mistake please, especially if someone makes mistakes filling out very important forms by not listening to their clients. I really like Dr. Eguzu but he recently moved to this clinic and I needed to reschedule due to bad weather and the receptionist was completely rigid about the cancelation fee. I explained that I am a senior, suffering from vestibular migraines and wasn't in charge of the weather and forecasts aren't always accurate 24 hours in advance so I wasn't responsible. She would only repeat "those are the rules " and when I attempted to try to elicit some compassion and understanding of my situation, she hung up on me.
Our appointment was set for today, but we were unable to attend. However, we called the clinic yesterday morning and spoke with the receptionist to cancel the appointment. When we returned to the clinic today to reschedule, the receptionist informed us that they had not received any call and were unaware of the cancellation. They insisted that we pay $90 for three members. This was a very unpleasant experience for us.
