I’m genuinely sad to have to leave this review, as we have been very loyal patients of this clinic and have always had a positive experience with Dr. Kashevara. Unfortunately, the way a recent situation was handled by reception has left me extremely disappointed. On Monday afternoon, I called the clinic and booked the next available appointment, which was Wednesday morning at 8:30 a.m. Overnight, after the clinic had closed, my medical situation worsened and I ended up needing to go to urgent care. The staff is rude. Big lady with glasses acts like shes doing you a favour. Doesn’t call beforehand for confirmation like any other establishment. They are hungry for the 30 dollar no show fee. When you arrive “on time” you still have to wait at least 15 minutes in the wait room. Yet when you come 10 minutes after your appointment because you drove 3 hours to Medicine Hat since 5am , and even calling before hand letting them know, it’s suddenly a 30 dollar fee. I feel like people should take accountability and integrity to fix the mistake please, especially if someone makes mistakes filling out very important forms by not listening to their clients.
