Southvale Care initially provided care twice a day for our elderly mother. As her needs increased, so did their care. She now has a full time live-in carer who supports mum at home. We have found the carers to be very professional and supportive of mum's needs. She is very happy having someone living with her. The Care Manager is very approachable and efficient. We would not hesitate in recommending Southvale Care.
Southvale Care was new to us last year, however; the Carers have become more like an extension to our family. Southvale Care as a whole is very caring, if needed also a shoulder to cry on. I cannot fault the care that my Mum receives, to be absolutely honest I/we couldn’t manage without them!
Very reliable and friendly staff. They are well trained and knowledgeable. They make me feel like a person. I couldn't do without their support.
Southvale have been so amazing to my disabled mum they have treated her with such respect and dignity encouraging her to try and do things on her own especially Jane who mum has a special bond with but all the girls are so lovely i am in no doubt if it wasn’t for the care they provide my mum would have given up.They always leave my mum with a smile and are a great support to myself nothing is too much and I always feel I can ring Pauline for help.
