I’ve rented a storage unit for 2 years now, First I lost multiple items due to faulty wiring in the unit (fire) They moved me to another unit and I lost items due to their failure to repair a hole in my door causing mice/water damage to my belongings. The Reply to messages are always sorry was out of town. The other reviews seem to be by family and not renters. If you rent here be prepared for mouse damage. They got into plastic storage containers. Edited to reply their reply. I paid full rent and received no months of rent.... read more
