The girl who did the sonogram was so friendly and comforting during the test! A bit disappointed I’ve been waiting over a week for my results! I know it was right before a holiday but someone should explain that, especially since I have a cancer history and worry over everything
Very quick and efficient. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable
The receptionist was rude and showed no empathy - the wait was almost 2 hours, and the manager resisted giving me the corporate office for complaints. Once in, the technicians were awesome - thank you Amy. The rest of the place should be ashamed of themselves. DO BETTER.
After a week, Dr calling And us calling to get our sons X-rays of a potential broken foot. They finally responded. After it was a non issue and we went somewhere else to get an X-ray done. Waste of the $60 copay. I hung up on the woman who finally called back 10 days after we went there. They took payment day of. Week later, Dr and us still in the dark. This was my experience. Never again will we go there. First and last time.
