The receptionist was rude and showed no empathy - the wait was almost 2 hours, and the manager resisted giving me the corporate office for complaints. Once in, the technicians were awesome - thank you Amy. The rest of the place should be ashamed of themselves. DO BETTER.
After a week, Dr calling And us calling to get our sons X-rays of a potential broken foot. They finally responded. After it was a non issue and we went somewhere else to get an X-ray done. Waste of the $60 copay. I hung up on the woman who finally called back 10 days after we went there. They took payment day of. Week later, Dr and us still in the dark. This was my experience. Never again will we go there. First and last time.
Tehya-desk: sweet girl. Very friendly & efficient. Allison-xray: personable, friendly, knowledgeable. Rachel-ultra asound: easy to talk to, knowledgeable, friendly. I recommend Southtowns Radiology on Rte 20 & Pleasant in Hamburg.
What a wonderful facility! I came in for ultrasounds and an xray and was met with phenomenal care from Tehya who went above and beyond (my fault I forgot my prescription old age lol) Allison my xray tech was very knowledgeable and couldn’t explain things any better. Rachel was just as wonderful and made me sure I felt as comfortable as possible! Great team all around and will recommend!
