After a week, Dr calling And us calling to get our sons X-rays of a potential broken foot. They finally responded. After it was a non issue and we went somewhere else to get an X-ray done. Waste of the $60 copay. I hung up on the woman who finally called back 10 days after we went there. They took payment day of. Week later, Dr and us still in the dark. This was my experience. Never again will we go there. First and last time.
Tehya-desk: sweet girl. Very friendly & efficient. Allison-xray: personable, friendly, knowledgeable. Rachel-ultra asound: easy to talk to, knowledgeable, friendly. I recommend Southtowns Radiology on Rte 20 & Pleasant in Hamburg.
What a wonderful facility! I came in for ultrasounds and an xray and was met with phenomenal care from Tehya who went above and beyond (my fault I forgot my prescription old age lol) Allison my xray tech was very knowledgeable and couldn’t explain things any better. Rachel was just as wonderful and made me sure I felt as comfortable as possible! Great team all around and will recommend!

I went to the new location in the Sharma plaza at the corner of Southwestern Blvd and Pleasant. I normally go to the Amsdell location. My appointment was at 8am and I was asked to arrive at 7:45am. I was having an ultrasound with a full bladder. At 8:12 I called scheduling to find out what was up. While on hold the front desk girl arrived with her Tim Hortons coffee and opened the office.
