Southtowns Feeds & Needs was founded in 1993 to provide premium pet products and old-time customer service to the pet owners of the neighborhood. We are conveniently located on Boston State Road, 1.5 miles from Route 219 and just outside of the town of Hamburg. Our unique store is always well stocked with all of your pet's favorites. We carry a wide variety of pet products for all of your pet's needs. Premium foods and feeds as well as health and grooming products for pets of all shapes and sizes are available.

RecommendedI always find what I am looking for. The supplies for a variety of animals including horses and wild bird food make it a convenient one stop shop. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

Excellent service! They never hesitate to offer help loading and are great at answering any questions I have. There is also the bonus of getting to visit (and sometimes pet) Lucy or Henry!
We were looking to switch up our golden retriever, Murray’s, food and Mark was beyond helpful in finding something that would be a perfect fit. He answered all of our questions and was so down to earth. Every employee was smiling and pleasant. Murray (who can be picky) LOVED the food we bought. We will definitely be back for all of Murray’s needs. GREAT PLACE!
