I’m a new patient to Dr Vogen. He is an ok and polite doctor. But his PA is terrible. Arrogant and bad bedside manners. I will not be returning to this practice. All I do is waste money and time. I don’t feel like the drs really listen nor hear me enough to treat me in the best way. The PA ignored what I said, did the scope without lidocaine and now I’m more sore than I was prior. Thanks for nothing. Waste of a co pay. I’m contacting my insurance company and asking them to not refer your office due to this experience.
