Not accepting my insurance and then spamming my text messages every single day is wild.
DO NOT RECOMMEND! UNETHICAL AND UNPROFESSIONAL! I HAVE NOW BEEN FORCED TO FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE NYS DENTAL BOARD AND HAVE OBTAINED A CONSUMER PROTECTION ATTORNEY. THIS OFFICE TOOK ME ON AS A NEW PATIENT AFTER CONFIRMING THAT THEY ACCEPT MY INSURANCE. SEVERAL APPOINTMENTS LATER, I WAS PULLED INTO THE BILLING DEPT AFTER SERVICE TO BE TOLD THEY DO NOT ACCEPT MY INSURANCE, APOLOGIZING FOR THEIR OVERSIGHT, AND OFFERED A PAYMENT PLAN.
