Times change. People change. Dealerships change. Not for the best normally. Sad! Not a great place to do business. They do work without approval. They recommend work that is not necessary.. After 25 years I have finally learned my lesson. Why didn’t I listen to others .
Went to the Harley shop to see about getting my bike looked at 82 lowrider. The guy I spoke with was not interested at all he said they only work on older bikes over the winter and wouldn't be able to work on my bike till the fall are you kidding me very disappointed extremely disappointed only need to have bike dialed in but guess they don't want my business
Southtown's Harley is great BUT if you're not aware Geoff the service manager is no longer working there, he quit for reasons only known to him. BUT the really sad news Geoffrey Brinkman PASSED AWAY Dec. 1st, 2019 from a Heart Attack. As a customer of Harley for the past 12 years I want to say Geoff was the main reason I did business there.
