Update - 5 years later and they are now sending bills again for the appointment I cancelled, but now double the cost with "late fees" suddenly added. Had bloodwork done for allergy testing. It took well over a month to finally have the appointment where they tell me what I'm allergic to. I had to cancel it the morning of and they charged me nearly $90 for a missed appointment. This facility is nothing but wonderful. I am always greeted with a smile and always feel comfortable sharing my problems. The doctor, nurses, and staff are all amazing people who take there job seriously yet make sure you are happy.
